The Maximum number of frames is dependent upon the device used.
Max 100 Frames : 4, 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6 Plus
Max 150 Frames : 6S, 6S Plus, SE, 7, 8, iPad
Max 200 Frames : 7 Plus, 8 Plus, X, XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE2, 12 mini, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, iPad Pro
Mobile devices typically have smaller system memory than PCs, so frame amount higher than 150 ~ 200 would risk crashing at the most of mobile devices. That is why we have a limit for the length of GIF.
