When you tap 
, the menu will be shown up so you can select the file format to edit. Once you select the file format, it will show only the file format you selected. When you tap the Albums, you can change the type of Albums so that you can view albums according to iPhone Photos list order.

You can change the file format on the left side menu on the iPad. When you tap "Camera Roll", you can change the Albums.
